You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies to generate content based on user inputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• Outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed or verified by Reel Craft
• Reel Craft does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of generated content

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing, verifying, and approving any content before use or publication
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules, and third-party policies

Reel Craft disclaims all responsibility for how generated content is used.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Reel Craft a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process, store, and display your content
• Generate requested outputs
• Operate and improve the Service

This license exists solely to provide the Service and terminates when your content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for:

• Authentication
• Payment processing
• Content generation
• Hosting and infrastructure

Reel Craft is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms and policies.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are disclosed at the time of purchase
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store or payment provider

Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to certain features.

7. Availability and Changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Introduce limits or restrictions
• Perform maintenance or updates
• Temporarily suspend access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Data Security and Breach Disclaimer

Reel Craft implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.

However, you acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure
• Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Reel Craft is not liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or breaches resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control (including third-party infrastructure, cyberattacks, or force majeure events)
• Our obligations in the event of a data incident will be handled in accordance with applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Reel Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Reputational harm
• Use or misuse of generated content

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reel Craft in the preceding 12 months, or AUD $100 if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Craft from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload, create, or distribute
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the Service or other users

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
